Is it safe to get a tattoo if you have a keloid?

I have one keliod from a past piercing (upper ear) but no others anywhere u have only had one major cut ever, and it didn't keliod, I have had minor surgeries like my tonsils being removed, no keliods, I also have my lobes done and no keloids. So my question is, is it safe for me to get a tattoo?? I would love to hear from others whobhave keliods and tattoos. Thank you!
