My nose has a HUGE bump ! How do I make it less noticeable?

My mom wont let me have plastic surgery :( . but its HORRIBLE! Its really skinny, but it looks like a bird beak. I'm not even kidding . What are some tips to make it look more like a ski jump-type nose?Thank yoou :)
