Am I unattractive?? ):?

Ok, this problem has been bugging me a whole lot. I even cut myself because of how ugly I think I am. My friend made a thing like this for me a year ago on here and I got bad results with people saying "I am ugly" But I look a lot different now, but this problem still bugs the heck out of me and I feel like TOTAL ****. I am always depressed. I can't sleep right now, I need to know your opinions please.
