How do I get taller I'm really short?

I'm 16 and 4'10. My dad is about 5'7, my brother is about 5'9 or 5'10 and my mom is 4'11. For the past 3 or 4 years, I have not been growing much maybe about a few centimeters. I tried drinking milk and skipping rope but it does not work. I went to a doctor and she said I still have a chance to grow taller until I'm 17. That means it's less than a year and I don't see any progress at all. Being the shortest in class is bad enough and people keep thinking I'm 12 or 13. Please help me I want to grow taller so badly. Being short is so frustrating and not fun at all! And please no surgery whatsoever. Thanks.
