I need more subscribers? HELP?!?

So... I have been on YouTube for a while, and I gained the majority of my subscribers last year... But people don't seem to be paying too much attention to my videos anymore, I don't get as many views. I can't exactly make anymore videos, because I was able to use a computer a lot more often back then. I need suggestions?!
