Taking children to their surgeries?

Does anyone know of any foundations or organizations that I could get into contact about this? Is there any organization where people from poorer countries can send their children to the U.S. for medical procedures that their country may not be able to perform (such as cleft palates), and so someone from the U.S. can "adopt" them for that short period of time and take them to all of their appointments and surgeries and then when they are all better, send them back to their families?

Should I stay or should I go?

Instead of leaving him, look for some help. There are organizations that will help with his care. Check with Social Services and the local hospitals. Ask your doctor for some suggestions. You are too young to be burdened by so much. It's a great thing you are doing, but I think you will regret leaving him if you walk out. You sound like you might get a guilty conscious. Try to get his family to help. Ask for volunteers. Make a schedule. Whatever you do, get out sometimes and enjoy life if you can.

Hard ball like thing under my skin?

So I had surgery recently on the 3rd of February. I developed this ball 2 days or so after my stitches got taken out. It's hard like a rock and is small oval shaped. It hurts to move it sometimes. Yesterday it felt kind of mushy, then it slowly formed to a rock hard oval again. It's quite sensitive to the touch & i don't know what to do. My doctor said put warmth on just that area, which has not helped AT ALL. Help?
