Should I have sex with my teacher?

First off, I'm a guy and my teacher is a woman. Now, I have a terrible grade in her class right now and she talked with me after class. I have always had a great average in her class, but it dropped because i did not finish a test. She said if i were to have sex with her, she could eliminate one of my bad test scores to raise my grade back where it was before. I told her I'd think about it and I am still debating weather i should or not. I haven't had sex before but i know how i guess.... and my teacher is in her early 30's and most students including me think she is pretty. Is it worth doing this? Should I bring a condom if i were to?
