A little insight Please!!?

ok so I had surgery December 20, 2010 to remove stag three endometriosis. I started my period right on time two days later. when I went back 9 days later for my check up they put me on Nuvaring even though my body really can't handle all the hormones but we decided to try it anyway. I had been using the ring about 2 weeks and I started getting ovulation pains but just assumed it was the ring causing the cramps. well when it came time to take out the ring I did and didn't start my period until 5 days later on January 26. what I assumed was my period I guess. bled for a few days and put my ring back in on the right day at the right time. I didn't get ovulation pains at the beginning is this month like I should have had I ovulated. I shouldn't start my period till this Sunday The 19th. but for the past 3 weeks my boobs have been sore and even swollen. I've been having small pains here n there n my stomach so this past Sunday I decided to take a test. took a digital test n it said pregnant. took 3 more all diff. test and positive on those too. went to the health department they confirmed it but my Dr won't see me until I'm 8 to 10 weeks n they are going by when I bled after taking out my Nuvaring. I think it would b too soon for it to show up on a digital test Sunday so I just want to know if anyone else thinks that was an acual period and if Yall think I'm right on the fact that I concieved January and not this month.
