I'm A Guy And I'm Ugly, What Do I Do?

So I'm 19 years-old, never had a girlfriend, never been kissed, rejected over 9000 times, no girls ever shown interest etc etc and I don't blame them. I'm 6'2" and weigh 160 pounds, so its not that I'm fat or anything, I'm just ugly. Bad skin, and a F'in ugly facial structure and shape. God pretty much slapped me in the face. I'm saving up for plastic surgery but all the operations I want are gonna cost me around $8000 and I only have around 2K to my name, and I only work parttime at Best Buy so its gonna take a while save up another 6K. What am I supposed to do in the mean time, wear a paper-bag and pretended I'm not a F'in failure at life? If I was a girl I could just wear a pound of makeup and hope for the best but I clearly can't do that. What do I do?
