Is my dog's incision healing normally?

My dog just had surgery on 2/14 to remove her anal gland. They also removed a lump from her right throax region. She was fine on the 14th, 15th, and 16th -- energy level was good, eating normally, etc. On the 17th, I came home from work and she was in a lot of pain. She is still going to the bathroom and drinking normally, but her eating has decreased. Both incision sites are swollen, painful to the touch, and bleeding. I am bringing her to the vet on Saturday but want to know what to expect. Is it just infected, or could it be something a lot worse?
