Broken arm so painful and mobility still reduced been exercising like physio told me to in terrible pain?

4 months ago i fell they told me to go away and take paracetamol a month later and in terribe pain my gp sent me to hosputal for x ray comes back i have a closepeg fracture in my arm bone from my elbow.its so painful still done everything they say plastering would be usless, what do i do
