All you need to do is exercise for about an hour, not eat junk food and eat just a little less. On the weekends you can eat a couple of chips here and there but don't go overboard. Sometimes you have to give in to your craving so you don't get all crazy. Try to do a sport, that way you can exercise without knowing you are. And dont starve yourself or anything, cause once you stop you'll gain it all back. Hope I helped and good luck! :)
