Why does everybody try and be perfect?

You know, I just don't get it. Don't they see that nobody's perfect? Imperfection IS AND WILL ALWAYS be perfection. Well to me anywsy. You get plastic surgery and you'll start to look fake. Why can't everybody just be happy with themselves?
