Was that REALLY Kat Von D on Entertainment Tonight?

I was watching Entertainment Tonight as of (2/17/11) and all of the sudden I see an interview with "Kat Von D" and pictures of her.. but I SWEAR it looks nothing like her!! Am I crazy or is it really true, it looks nothing like Kat Von D.. did they mess up and interview a look a like or did she get major plastic surgery because her eyes were blue there her bone structure is WAYY different and she's so skinny! And had WAYYY more tattoos in the interview on her neck than she does in real life on her show and other pictures... WTH is up?!
