I have had overactive sweat glands all my life?

and i plan to have surgery in a few years when i can afford it (its cosmetic, so not covered by insurance) but i want to know a good over the counter soap/deodorant combination to help combat the smell. i've tried almost every deodorant but nothing seems to help. even if i take two showers a day, and apply deodorant 3-4 times, it still can get pretty bad. i've ruined countless shirts as well. can anyone help?
